his e-book has been created by the bodybuilding champion Tom Venuto. It attempts to teach the reader how to lose weight while gaining muscle. Although it offers 100's of pages, with a lot of comprehensive content, if you don't take notes or pay a lot of attention while reading the e-book you will easily get lost. Overall it is a quality book and contains 6 bonuses which do add some value but not everyone who wants to lose weight are looking for a full muscle body, rather to become thinner.

This is a very easy-to-understand program. The weight loss techniques that they outline are very good. This program is composed of a short guide outlining the weight loss system, the information in well organized in topics but it can be a little sparse and sometimes you don't get all the information you need. This is the second program of my weight loss program review.

This book takes a unique approach with their diet. it was written by Dr. Suzanne Gundakusntan. Her theory claims that fat build up around the vital organs to prevent other toxins to build up. This includes the midsection, buttocks, thighs, etc. If you flush these toxins from your body, you will also flush away some of the fat. Although this book is a good read, it doesn't cover long term weight loss, but some techniques that you can apply to cleanse your system, leading to small and short term weight and fat loss.

This program has some advantages over the others mentioned above. It provides both long and short term weight loss plans and also offers a interesting tool where you can create your own diet program, based on the foods you like, there are over 40,000 different combinations.
